“We just spent 5 nights with 12 of our family members at Villa Lands End. This place is beyond beautiful!! Waking up to 180 degree view of the ocean and right over the cliff we saw whales constantly swimming by directly below us. The staff was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The housekeepers were quiet and cleaned up every morning before most were awake to have it looking spotless. Frankie & Roberto cooked us all our breakfasts, made any drink or smoothie we desired and great lunch & dinners. They are so professional and kind and waited on us like royalty up until the very last minute of our departure. Mike, the concierge helped us by grocery shopping, calling on excursions for us and helping answer any questions. There cannot be a better house to stay at in all of Cabo!”

“Incredible stay for our family of 15 - will absolutely stay again and THE ONLY WAY to do Cabo is at this house! Insta-worthy pics of the entire house, infinity pool, and non-stop whale watching from the balcony. The staff went above and beyond with every meal and the drinks were fantastic. The house was cleaned from top to bottom everyday and made it feel like home. The excursions recommended were great - we did a dinner boat cruise, glass bottom kayak/snorkeling, and Avo-Cabo local food tour…they even coordinated private transportation, which worked out perfect for our group size. 10/10 highly recommend!”

“I don't even know where to begin, our trip was absolutely incredible. The entire staff at Cabo Connections goes above and beyond for everything you wish to do. The house is amazing with private bedrooms + en suites for a large group. We had a group of 15 for my birthday and there was plenty of room. You cannot beat the views and privacy of this house. The chefs/bartenders were perfectly accommodating while being respectful of our space and privacy. If you are looking to stay, I HIGHLY recommend having dinners at the house. We went out one night to a restaurant but honestly the dinners they prepared for us were even better than going out. All in all, I wish we could have stayed forever and highly recommend Cabo Connections for anyone looking for an unforgettable experience!”

Mike and Vale was the absolute best, the house was stunningly amazing and we are so thankful for the awesome experience they provided my family of 18. The service we received from Franky & Roberto was impeccable. Our entire experience was phenomenal I highly recommend a 10 out of 10. “An unforgettable trip. The home was as advertised with amazing views and amenities. The staff was always willing to go above and beyond and made our group feel right at home. Their energy was infectious and their hospitality was top notch. Shout out to the whole team...Mike, Kareem, Francisco, Roberto, Vale, Mayeli and Yesi. The meals prepared in house were unique, creative and delicious. They helped coordinate everything from transportation, restaurant reservations and even a mariachi band to perform for us at the house for an hour! Highly recommend this location and this staff!”

You could see whales out on the ocean. You can see the whole beach and city. It was the most beautiful location I’ve ever stayed in. It was clean, the staff was so friendly and the cooks made food that was so good we wished we had eaten at the house for more meals. Every day the cleaners came and the place was immaculate. I just can’t strongly enough suggest this place. We were all so sad to leave. Do yourself a favor …. Book it!!!!”

“PERFECT FAMILY VACATION! Mikee was amazing from first contact. He made suggestions on transportation and offered to coordinate. He also took care of a reservation for us at Flora Farms. He also provided us with a sample menu plan from other guests to help us with our grocery decisions. Karim and Francisco, our chefs, pampered us at every meal, just watch out for those creative "pours" if you're pacing yourself! We added two dinners, and they outdid themselves. I highly suggest breakfast burritos, tuna ceviche, their homemade guacamole, and if you do a dinner...lobster! We had 16 people for a family vacation/celebration, so 3 housekeepers were assigned to the home each morning. They were friendly and thorough and accommodated our sleep schedules with their service. The home's view is unbeatable and made taking offsite excursions a difficult decision. Traveling in December we had both sunrises and sunsets from the balconies and patios.”

“I booked for a bachelorette with 14 girls and it was extremely spacious. This place and all of the views were to die for. Staff were all friendly and food was delicious. We had yummy complimentary margaritas, quesadillas, chips and guacamole upon arrival. Throughout the stay chefs cooked Mexican and Italian food, which was all 10/10. Bartenders made amazing drinks upon request. I specifically asked for elote every meal of the day and they did not disappoint. Mike who was in charge kept really good communication and messaged back very quickly when I needed anything. Would definitely recommend for others to stay here. It was an experience of a lifetime.”

“This house is BEAUTIFUL! My family and I traveled in a smaller group and loved the homes location, space, and amenities. I just wish we would utilized the space and things in the neighborhood more as we spent most of the time in the home. It was just so cozy and cute we didn’t want to leave. The beds are comfortable, the home is clean, the pool and hot tub are great! We even got to see a firework show from the pool last night. It was definitely the best experience ever. Lastly the surround sound installed in the home definitely was a plus! Very loud and I love that you can play different music in different areas. A 10/10 stay for sure. If you’re coming to cabo and can afford it, the VLE Experience is definitely worth it.”

“Beautiful view great staff”

“If this property is one you are considering, book it NOW! It is simply amazing. This review will not even do it justice. There are ocean views from every room. You get sunrise and sunset views. Although there is no beach right in front of the property, there are 2 beaches within a 10-15 minute walk. Cabo Connections that manages the property is so easy to work with and arranges everything. The staff at the Villa is second to none. Frankie, Pepe and Karim met our every need. As another reviewer said, the food at the house was 1000 times better than any food we could have had at a restaurant. The house was clean and exactly as the pictures show. There are multiple decks and patios. We had twelve guests (all adults) and everyone had plenty of room to spread out. Some spaces for people who wanted to be in full sun and other outdoor spaces that were shaded. When you enter the property, you walk down a garden hallway and down some stairs onto the main floor entrance. On the main floor is a huge main room where the living, dining and kitchen are located. There are also 2 guests rooms that share a covered patio on this level (both with a Queen bed and each have their own private bathroom). There is also a half bath on this level and a covered patio where we spent a great deal of time enjoying whale watching and sunrises/sunsets. All of this to say - this place is fantastic and we would have stayed if we could! Would definitely go back!”

As mentioned in several other reviews, the staff was excellent - they were friendly, fun, EXCELLENT cooks/bartenders (recommend splurging for surf/turf dinner), and anticipated our every need. We thought about getting a golf cart but did not need one - the beach is a fairly easy walk from the property and the cobblestone roads would be challenging on a golf cart. We cannot thank the hosts and the staff enough for a once-in-a-lifetime experience!”

“Our entire stay at the Lands End Villa was perfect. Our Hosts Mike and Vale did an excellent job with transportation, shopping and responding. The house was gorgeous with unbelievable views. Watching the sunrise in the morning, watching the whales all day and the sunset at night. It was perfect. Our Chefs Pepe and Franky could not have been better. Everything from Mexican dinners, to pasta and steak sandwiches. It was all delicious. Our group loved having sit down dinners and no clean up.
